Lodging of complaints
If you wish to lodge a complaint because of a product you have bought from us, please send a mail to email@example.com. We will deal with your complaint and give you an answer as soon as possible. If you do not agree with our feedback, you may send your complaint to the Complaints Board for Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism at this address: (http://www.hrt-ankenaevn.dk/da-DK/English. You will find the complaint form on the start-up side from where you can download it.
You can also lodge a complaint to the online complaints portal of the EU Commission. This may be particularly relevant if you live in another EU member state. Lodge your complaint here: http://ec.europa.eu/odr. You should mention our e-mail address: firstname.lastname@example.org in your complaint.
